What is Fit Foodie Cooking Club?

The Fit Foodie Cooking Club is a monthly cooking challenge designed to bring our community together around real food made from scratch. Perfect after a workout or as a satisfying breakfast, this blueberry cheesecake protein smoothie blends frozen berries, banana, cottage cheese, and vanilla protein powder for a creamy texture and a rich, dessert-like flavor. Each serving delivers about 19g of protein thanks to the cottage cheese and protein powder, making it both delicious and filling.

Ingredients You’ll Need

Each month we select a charity to support. For May 2024, our featured organization is the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota (NAMI). To amplify our support, we will double the match of our giveaway winners and donate $400 to NAMI to help fund education, advocacy, and support services.

NAMI Minnesota is a nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of people living with mental illness and their families. For decades, they’ve focused on community mental health programs, public education, better access to services, and recovery opportunities.

The organization serves individuals, families, professionals, and communities through educational programs, support groups, and advocacy work aimed at reducing stigma and expanding resources.
